About the Company

My name is Gabrielle Perry and I am a Grant Consultant based out of Tahlequah, OK. I established my company in August of 2022, with hopes to create positive change through the written word. Since opening, I have worked with businesses in the non-profit, for-profit, minority owned, woman-owned, and local government sectors. Specializing in grant development, I understand the multiple complexities of funding through grants. Whatever your funding needs, you can trust me to develop and carry out a sound funding strategy.

Proposal Writing/ Project Management - Single Service
$3,500.00-$12,000.00 Prices vary depending on grant application size/ type (federal, state, FEMA, misc.). Cost includes drafting and submitting grant narratives and other related expenses such as postage, application fees, misc. Please note you must have a grant in mind or a research fee will be charged in addition to writing services.
Strategic Advisory Session
2.5 hr / $800.00 In this Strategic Advisory Session, we will work with you to examine your funding strategy and create a road map for grant readiness. You'll leave this session with a personalized resource map that outlines key action steps and tools that will bring your organization to a point of "grant readiness."
Prospect Research
2 hr / $400.00 Research includes a curated list of prospective funders that align to your organization's mission and geographic region, as well as guidelines on funders' average grant size, application timeline, restrictions and eligibility requirements, and more.
Boilerplate Grant Template
$1,000.00 We will work with you to develop a "template grant" that outlines key information about your organization that funders look for in any application, including your: Organizational Background, Need Statement, Goals and Objectives, Methodology, Evaluation, and Sustainability. While funders ask for this information in variety of ways, this template will store the key details for you to pull from, adapt, and use for almost any application.
Informal Needs Assessment
2.5 hr / $1,000.00 Assessment includes survey of funding gaps and strategies to fill them. This assessment is customizable to your business and can be interchangeable to fit your fundraising needs. This assessment is sometimes required as a supplemental attachment for grant applications.
Grant Training
Prices vary depending on travel needs Interested in learning the key components of grant writing? Schedule a session with us for a facilitated training for you and your staff. These sessions are ideal for anyone looking for tips and tricks around prospect research, writing a proposal narrative, and more.
Misc.
1 hr / $150.00 Obtain your EIN # to start your business. $5.00/ per document Public notary services.
Grant Reviewal
